You’re sitting on the floor after you’ve done this breathing exercise and you’re pushing that up against your vulva with a steady, firm pressure. If it is, you can put a clean pillow between the heel of your foot and your vulva so that you have some pressure up against it. Lotus position can be physically challenging for some people. Then take one of your heels and place it up against the vulva. Then we talk about getting into the actual event, which starts by getting into a lotus sitting position. This circulating fire energy preps the energy system for what’s about to happen. Move this fire energy from the navel down to the perineum, and then up the back to the crown of the head. I start by having them visualize a fire energy, raku, and moving it from the navel down to the perineum (the area between your vulva and anus).
The first thing that I do is get them started with their qi. It’s about control to not have control, which is what an orgasm really is.
